Living-room kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (made as double bed), second bedroom with 2 single beds, upstairs 7 beds, low ceiling upstairs (maximum height 160 cm), utility room with shower, separate toilet, partially covered large terrace. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (geothermal). Also equipped with a cooling device connected to geothermal heat. No sauna in the villa, but there is a separate lakeside saunaLakeside building (22 m²) with sauna, washroom (shower), dressing room, guest bedroom with foldable bed for two and terrace. There is no toilet in the sauna buildingCarport for two cars. NOTE! charging an electric/hybrid car is prohibited (the geothermal machine can be damaged if there is an electrical overload)A wood heated hot tub that can only be used by separate agreement.
