Yard is spacious, flat and grassy. You can drive to the shore to put your own boat into water or lift it from the water. For bigger boats there is official boat ramp in the village, about 9 km from the cottageThe water comes into the house, as well as to the separate sauna building. Sauna's water has to be heated in cauldron. Water in the area contains manganese and iron, which might cause some smell/taste into the water. However, it's examined and safe to use.
