Own shared sandy and rock-based beach with swimming and boat dock. Completed May 2019, this beautifully finished 45m2 apartment has sauna and private front and back terraces. The living room has a dining table and a sofa bed (120 cm) for two people. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 cm). The bed can be made into two single beds. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with appliances and a high quality charcoal grill for cooking in the courtyardThere is a bathroom with toilet and a private electric sauna. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a cooling pump, and is heated with comfortable underfloor heating.
