Stuga - Semesterhus i Ranta-iivari, Finland med bastu. This place is suitable for couples, families and other who enjoy peaceful holiday. This place is not rented for groups consisting of under 25 years old people. 80 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 40 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow, slightly sloping, hard bottom, deeper clay, jetty, own rowboat (outboard motor shown in the picture is not in use)Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside saunaMain cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. During winter glazed veranda is cold and is used as a storage roomTravel beds for two children. Air source heat pump. Note! There is no TVIn a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Electric heating, refrigerator, outdoor dry toilet (no indoor toile). To upstairs quite steep stairs (stairs are outside under the canopy). Sleeping cottage is located about 50 m from the main cottageSeparate lakeside sauna (20 m2), wood-burning stove, dressing room. No running water, water has to be carried (during summer from the lake, during winter from the main cottage). The water is heated in the stove's heater tank. There is separate entrance from the terrace to the sauna's "bedroom" with double bed (160 cm wide) and two wardrobes. NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are three buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in separate buildingsIn the large terrace area in front of the villa, you can enjoy the day either on the terrace or on a fully glazed terraceThe yard is open, woody and rocky. There is a slope to the beach, but there are good stairs there. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fishThe nearest neighbor 130 m away is the second cottage of the owner's family (there is a visual contact with the neighbor's lakeside sauna only outside summer). 200 m away lies the owner's second Lomarengas rental villa 13088 Metsä-IivariHelsinki sights 85 km, Lohja 20 km (incl.
