Bright and sunny holiday home with 4,5 m high windows facing the lake. Ecologically built and decorated house. The heating is based on geothermal heat. 50 km to the northeast from Joensuu, lake Pielinen (871,2 km²). Low, hard and clay-bottomed beach, own boat. Log cabin 2012, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, fireplace room, washroom, wood-heated sauna, utility room, terrace. The rent includes one firewood bag per day, which is enough for a normal 2-3 h sauna and heating the fireplace. If you need more firewood, you can purchase additional firewood (10 €/ large firewood bag). Upon request, the owner can borrow an Internet sim card free of charge. Customer can use it with own devices. Exclusive log-built holiday home by the lake Pielinen. There are 2 fireplaces in the cabin. Shoe washing area in the hall. Owner’s berry farm is 100 m away. The farm grows strawberries, blackcurrants, raspberries and blackberries. There are also husky dogs and reindeer on the farm. Guests can walk with huskies, please ask permission from the owner. Reindeer can be observed from behind the fence. Visits to the reindeer farm are possible afte, fee is 13 €/visitor. There are also four two-seated ATV’s available. You can order guided ATV safari from the owner, price is 70 €/hour/machine. Guided 1,5 h ice fishing trip to the forest bond by using ATV, 50 €/person, minimum invoicing is 200 € incl. campfire sausages, warm juice and tea. There is a 2 km long skiing trail (traditional style) on the field and forest. 3 km long ski trail (traditional style) starts from hotel Leon’s yard, distance 1 km. Longer skiing trails can be found from Eno and Uimaharju. Outdoor hot tub (for 15 persons), electric saunas (for 5 persons) and wood-heated sauna (for 10 persons) are available for rent in Hotel Leon, distance 1 km. Wall outlet for charging an electric car. Please agree with the owner, payment to the owner directly. Koli ski slopes 32 km, Lieksa 44 km, Uimaharju 15 km. Reservation starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00 (also weekend reservations).
