Huset opvarmes med luft til luft varmepumpe, som er miljøvenlig og energibesparende. Der er en god terrasse, hvorfra udsigten er fantastisk. Der er badeværelse med gulvvarme, bruseniche og toilet. Hunden må gerne medbringes. El Laderstik (husk min.5 meter kabel).

Kort gåafstand til flere restauranter og Hvalpsund by og marina. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper, og arbejdsgrupper.Ikke-ryger hus.

Huset indeholder ligeledes gode værelser samt et veludstyret køkken med alt som hører sig til. I 2010 er der kommet tilbygning til huset med aktivitetsrum. Her kan I spille bordtennis, bordfodbold, dart m.m. Huset er bl.a. indrettet med en stor stue, hvor hele familien kan hygge sig. I kan også hygge jer på en af husets terrasser, hvor I kan sidde og grille og bare nyde den danske sommer. Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe, som holder jeres energiomkostninger nede.
